Return & Refund Policy
- If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 30 days.
- Please contact us at our email address info@DogShell.com to initiate a return.
- Once we receive the returned item, DogShell will refund your order, excluding 3.4% credit card transaction fees and shipping (sorry there is no refund of the initial shipping).
- Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.
- Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in the condition they were received. Used or damaged items may not be eligible for refund or may be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
- We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the item(s) or other proof of received return delivery.
- We try to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
- Although there is no return for customized orders. We will gladly make all needed alterations and adjustments, to make sure you are satisfied with our product.
